
Overall I am very satisfied with my service from Master Dry. Your people were professional, courteous & patient from the 1st call to the final walk through. While I have greater confidence in your system than others I’ve had in the past, there were a few points that I found frustrating. 1) I was disappointed to find out that I will have to patch the exterior holes in my foundation myself. I pointed all of them out to my salesman as they were one of my primary concerns & biggest reasons for calling you. The install boss had to tell me that you don’t do that. 2) Your book/sales people need to be updated to clarify or remove items that are not used or carried anymore in this area. I was happy that I wouldn’t have to tear up landscaping to accommodate the door featured in the book though. Again this conversation was had with the installer at the end of the job & I was refunded accordingly. 3) After discussing 2 possible discharge tie in points previous to service, the crew still had to go out to purchase the appropriate connectors.
