|Why Choose Us?
Foundation problems destroy your Bluff City home’s value and can be dangerous. Our in-house team of structural and geo-technical engineers are here to help. We design and install the right foundation repair solution and usually have the project finished in less than a week.
The sunken and cracked concrete around your Bluff City home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
We use slab jacking or mudjacking for smaller jobs such as leveling sidewalks, patios, driveways, and pool decks. Precise holes are drilled into your slab. Then a specialized mortar-like grout or "mud" is pumped, under pressure, to raise and level your slab. The holes are filled with concrete and troweled smooth. Most jobs can be completed in one day. For larger jobs we use slab piers. These can be used to correct large sections of concrete such as warehouse slabs. This 22-year-old home owned by Jane R. in Bluff City, TN used to have flooding in the basement every time there was a heavy rain. The homeowners had finally had enough when they made the call to Master Dry to take care of their wet basement.
Salesman Jake Smith went out for an initial inspection and found that quite a bit of work needed to be done to repair the basement. He sent our foreman, Michael Geasland and a crew to get started on the work right away. The team needed to put in WaterGuard - a piping system to drain any water in the basement - but in order to install it, they first had to cut away the bottom portion of the wall. Once the wall was cut away and the WaterGuard was installed, they also installed a TripleSafe sump pump. This pump provides three levels of protection in order to keep the home dry. In addition, the crew replaced the water heater in the home and restored the walls when the job was done.
Now, Jane's basement is no longer prone to flooding when it rains and she can rest easy knowing that her home is protected.
