The sunken and cracked concrete around your Mountain City home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
We use slab jacking or mudjacking for smaller jobs such as leveling sidewalks, patios, driveways, and pool decks. Precise holes are drilled into your slab. Then a specialized mortar-like grout or "mud" is pumped, under pressure, to raise and level your slab. The holes are filled with concrete and troweled smooth. Most jobs can be completed in one day. For larger jobs we use slab piers. These can be used to correct large sections of concrete such as warehouse slabs. Sherrian H. began experiencing a strange odor in her Mountain City, TN home. Because of the musty smell she contacted Master Dry for a free inspection and estimate. Sales representative Chad Crawford provided a thorough inspection of her home and verified that the odor was in fact coming from her crawl space, which was very damp and poorly encapsulated.
Led by foreman Eddie LaQuay, a team of Masters began work on her crawl space. They installed CleanSpace to the entire crawl space to prevent the water and humidity to get back into Sherrian's crawl space. They ripped up the old liner that was poorly covering the dirt floor of the crawl space.
Sherrian now enjoys a dry crawl space and is no longer experiencing the unpleasant, musty smell that was previously caused by the water in her crawl space. She was extremely impressed with the thorough inspection and the hard working crew!
