Master Service Companies Ranked One Of Knoxville's Top Workplaces

Master Service Companies was voted one of the best places to work, in a survey crafted by Workplace Dynamics and the Knoxville News Sentinel. The winners were announced this morning, during a ceremony at The Foundry in Knoxville. 

Only 30 companies made the cut out of the 767 area employers who participated in the research. The study invited employees to offer their honest and unbiased comments about their jobs.

One Master Service office employee summarized it this way: “It doesn't feel like a job. I enjoy coming to work every day and I love our team. We are a big family here and that's a hard thing to maintain once you reach our size. Our standards are very high, but that means that our results are incredible and I would only want to work for/with the best.”

Someone in production stated: “I work with a great team of people in a great workplace environment. I also love that I get to help people and solve problems by building and fixing problems.”
