We use slab jacking or mudjacking for smaller jobs such as leveling sidewalks, patios, driveways, and pool decks. Precise holes are drilled into your slab. Then a specialized mortar-like grout or "mud" is pumped, under pressure, to raise and level your slab. The holes are filled with concrete and troweled smooth. Most jobs can be completed in one day. For larger jobs we use slab piers. These can be used to correct large sections of concrete such as warehouse slabs. Call us today to learn more.

Mike from Pioneer, TN struggled with a wet, musky basement with related electrical safety issues in his vacation home. Before making this his primary residency, Mike wanted to make sure it was move-in ready, so he gave Master Dry a call.
Master Dry inspector, Frank Yelencich, conducted the free inspection and cost estimate for the best solution for his wet, moldy basement. Experienced project foreman, David Lyons, installed a lawn scape outlet, a basement WaterGuard waterproofing system and IceGuard. David used a TripleSafe Sump Pump system to prevent flooding, provide power outage protection, reduce sump pump noise, and to keep Mike’s basement clean and dry. The team also used LawnScape to prevent moisture from entering the house from the yard and unsuitable weather. The basement was also suffering from foundational issues due to accumulated moisture damage that caused the floor to sink and warp. Inevitably, the wall began to fall suit as well. To remedy this issue, the team installed a CleanSpace wall to provide a water-proof, insulated, stain-resistant, and maintenance-free surface, effective moisture and vapor barrier, and a long-term, financially wise solution to an unleveled, sinking wall.
Mike was ecstatic with the work that Master Dry completed for him and was thrilled that the previous health and sanitary issues of his home were now finally out of his hair. He was able to move into his house very quickly and is enjoying the moisture-free basement. Have a similar issue? In Keith’s home in Pioneer, TN, a musty smell and damp crawl space had taken over his home. He attempted to remedy the issue on his own, but found it too difficult and extensive of a job, so Keith decided to call the experts at Master Dry to find a long-term solution to fix his wet, moldy crawl space and to ease his mind having the job being handled by trusted professionals.
At Keith’s request, sales representative Scott Frazier came to his home and conducted the free inspection and cost estimate to develop a course of action for his crawl space. After seeing the professionalism and need for expert intervention, Keith was confident in Master Dry’s ability to get the job done exceptionally well. A team, led by Nick Crozier, installed the energy-efficient SaniDry CX dehumidifier to start decreasing the humidity and accumulated water in the space. They sprayed for mold and installed a condensate SumpPump to evaporate the current stagnant water, prevent water from further accumulating in the future, warn him when the water level rises above a particular level, and even protect his home when the power goes out. They also installed black plastic covers to halt further water damage and create an aseptically pleasing space. Nick and his team used an EverLast Crawl Space door because it is immune to moisture damage, never rots or warps, and prevents pests and outside air from entering the crawl space. Lastly, Nick removed debris and musty materials, installed an electrical outlet, and completed his cleanup protocol.
Once the job was completed, Keith was ecstatic to see the improvement in his home. Not only did he increase the value of his home, but he also made a long-term decision for a better quality of life—free of musty, moldy smells, water damage, and high heating and cooling costs. He no longer has to worry about mold growing in his crawlspace or returning in the future; thanks to the remedy and precautionary measure that Master Dry took to protect his home.
Brian, of Caryville, TN, called Master Dry after the basement of their seventy-year old home began to have a serious stench of mold. Water was intruding through the basement during heavy rain-storms and seeping into the carpet, causing mold and an extensive and expensive upkeep for the family. They first attempted to clean the carpet themselves, however, they ended up collecting 12-15 jugs of water from the carpet alone. They realized it was time to get their water worries alleviated immediately.
Sales representative, Terry Meenach, completed the free inspection and estimate suited for their particular problems. The team installed a WaterGuard to rid of the accumulated water sitting in their basement, a Single Pack to further remove the remaining water and generate a dry surface to prevent and treat mold, and an IceGuard that prevents backups in the sump pumps caused by freezing lines, which prevents basement flooding in colder weather. The crew proceeded to install a LawnScape to provide an outlet for the sump pump to discharge of water into the lawn, an EverLast Window to protect from outside water and pests, and a Zen Wall. A Zen Wall is an isolated and finished wall that is a solution to cold, peeling concrete walls. Installing a Zen Wall provides an effective moisture and vapor barrier, insulates the space, captures all wall seepage and leaks, and protects against invading moisture through its waterproof and stain resistant attributes.
The crewmembers followed up and were pleased to hear that Brian and his family were happy with the work done and were at ease because they no longer had to worry about their wet basement problems.
Caryville resident, Bill, began noticing dampness and water in his crawl space on a reoccurring basis. Fortunately, he caught the symptoms before serious damage occurred, preventing mold from becoming a serious issue. Sales representative, Scott Frazier, gave the free inspection and estimate and then determined the correct procedure necessary to fix Bill’s basement and crawl space woes.
The crew, led by foreman Brad Cox, installed a CleanSpace Liner, a cover and sealant to reduce moisture, cold drafts, and humidity in the crawlspace. The liner makes the crawl space an aesthetically pleasing space and also comes with a 25-year performance warranty, so serves a variety of long-term purposes. The team then installed Wrap Piers, which stabilize the crawl space and support the foundation of the area. Lastly, Brad and crew installed a SaniDry CX, an energy efficient dehumidifier to prevent future water collection and mold growth.
Bill was thrilled that he no longer had to come home to a wet basement and was happy to finally pust his worries and stress about his home to rest. Master Dry was ecstatic to help Bill make his basement problems disappear and would be more than happy to assist you in your home repair needs!
Steve and Rebecca, of Caryville, TN, noted that water was entering below their basement walls, resulting in constant condensation on a significant area space. Mold had always been a continuous and irritating problem for their family, with a significant amount of upkeep and stress. The couple decided to call Master Dry for a free estimate and inspection, to get to the bottom of the issue and to fix the problems once and for all.
Sales representative, Josh Sulfridge, led the inspection and detailed the correct objective and plan to Nick Crozier, project foreman, and his team. Initially, the crew installed a WaterGuard to evaporate and remove all of the accumulated water as well as a port to properly release the water through an outdoor receptacle rather than building on the wall. They proceeded to conduct a gravity feed discharge. Nick then completed an HVAC and sheetrock removal. They also installed BrightWall Basement Wall Panels, waterproof, stain-resistant, easy-to-clean, and maintenance and painting free plastic, trim strips that brighten and beautify basement walls.
