A local Dayton company needed a resolution to their structural and drainage problems. Inspected by sales representative Steve Price, he determined that the project required helical peiring to improve the foundational structure.
The team, led by foreman Brad Cox, conducted the foundation repair by installing a helical pier, without a clause, as well as an exterior French drain. Upon the company’s request, the team installed the French drain by laying a bed of gravel, placing the French drain pop on top, and then placing a new layer of gravel on top of the pipe. They finished the job by backfilling the excavation. Although French drains are generally an older practice, the customer believed this met their property goals so Master Dry responded to their request.
With the use of affordable helical piers, the foundation repair specialists at Master Dry were able to alleviate uneven foundation setting problems. The helical piers were installed at set intervals along the side of the foundation that was settling. The piers were attached to the base of the foundation wall, and driven into the ground beneath the foundation, until they contacted strong supporting soils. The local business in Dayton was pleased with the work Master Dry completed and continued their day-to-day business operations without interruption.
For years, Robert A. of Dayton, TN had struggled with water damage issues in his home. He'd had multiple repairs done on the home in the past, but nothing seemed to solve the problem permanantly. Robert decided to call Master Dry and find out if there was a better solution to his problem.
After making the call, sales representative Jake Smith visited the home to conduct an inspection. After looking around the home, Jake was able to determine the best course of action for dealing with the water issues and soon after, foreman Justin Reese and his crew were sent out to begin work. The crew began by installing WaterGuard - a drainage system to handle any water that might collect in the basement. Additionally, they installed a TripleSafe sump pump to handle future water problems (if they were to occur) along with some accessories to the sump pump.
When the job was completed, Robert was incredibly satisfied with the work Master Dry did for his home. He has noticed a significant change in the problems he was having and stated that he would recommend Master Dry to anyone with similar issues.
