When homeowners Neal and Jane W. noticed water coming through the basement walls of thier Etowah, TN home, they knew that they needed to come up with a solution to the problem, so they gave Master Dry a call.
After the call was made, sales representative Brett Wallace made a visit to the home to conduct and inspection and develop a plan of action to deal with the family's issue. On Brett's recommendations, a crew led by foreman Michael Geasland was sent out to the home to begin work on the job. To begin, they removed and existing sump pump that was broken and filled the hole. They then installed a new SuperSump pump with accessories to prevent water from collecting in the basement. In addition, they installed a 2 inch trench drain in the basement and a WaterGuard drainage pipe.
Once the work was completed, the family was thrilled to know that they would not be experiencing those issues in the future and that their home was protected from further water damage. If this problem sounds similar to one that you've experienced, give Master Dry a call! They can help you too!
