The sunken and cracked concrete around your Greene County home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
We use slab jacking or mudjacking for smaller jobs such as leveling sidewalks, patios, driveways, and pool decks. Precise holes are drilled into your slab. Then a specialized mortar-like grout or "mud" is pumped, under pressure, to raise and level your slab. The holes are filled with concrete and troweled smooth. Most jobs can be completed in one day. For larger jobs we use slab piers. These can be used to correct large sections of concrete such as warehouse slabs. Call us today to learn more.
Charles and Cindy M. called Master Dry in an effort to eliminate the water in the basement of their Afton, TN home. The water damage had been building up for about ten years and the couple was interested in making their basement a livable space.
Scott Frazier, a sales associate for Master Dry was sent out to take a look at the home and decide which solution would work best. At Scott’s recommendation, a team led my foreman Michael Geasland went to work on the couple’s basement. To correct the water damage that had been suffered, the team installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to dry and filter the air, a WaterGuard drainage system to prevent future water backups, and a SuperSump pump as another preventative measure in case water were to accumulate in the basement. This particular SuperSump was also equipped with UltraSump, a backup battery that will keep the pump running in the event of a power outage. To complete the project, the team also replaced that water heater in the home as well as the HVAC unit.
Now that this couple’s water damage issues are solved, they have such more livable space in their home and are much happier with their situation. Give Master Dry a call – they can do the same for you!
Alex and Karen V. were experiencing significant issues with mold and moisture in the crawlspace of thier Chuckey, TN home. In an effort to repair the home and protect from further damage, they called Master Dry to find a solution to the problem.
Sales representative Jake Smith conducted a preliminary inspection on the home and determined that mold remediation needed to be done in addition to encapsulating the crawlspace to prevent further damage. On his recommendations, foreman Ryan Atkins and his crew went out the the home to begin work. The crew conducted mold remediation on the 1,290 square foot crawlspace and removed insulation. They also encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace and installed 5 Wrap Piers to stabilize the foundation of the home.
