Thelma J., a New Market, TN homeowner had experienced issues with water in her crawlspace for quite awhile before turning to Master Dry. Water would accumulate in her crawlspace, but at the time there was nothing to do about it.
Once she gave Master Dry a call, Brett, a sales representative, was sent out to Thelma’s home to conduct an introductory inspection and come up with a plan of action to take care of the home. Shortly after, a crew led by foreman Nick Crozier was sent out to begin work repairing the crawlspace. The crew installed an EZ Flow drainage system as well as a SuperSump pump to aid in draining and pumping out any water that might accumulate in the crawlspace. Additionally, they installed a SaniDry CX dehumidifier to deal with the existing moisture in the crawlspace.
Once work was completed on Thelma’s home, she was extremely satisfied. Not only was Master Dry able to solve the problems she was having, but they were also able to provide her with a sense of future security through preventative measures.
