|Why Choose Us?
Foundation problems destroy your Shady Valley home’s value and can be dangerous. Our in-house team of structural and geo-technical engineers are here to help. We design and install the right foundation repair solution and usually have the project finished in less than a week.
The sunken and cracked concrete around your Shady Valley home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
We use slab jacking or mudjacking for smaller jobs such as leveling sidewalks, patios, driveways, and pool decks. Precise holes are drilled into your slab. Then a specialized mortar-like grout or "mud" is pumped, under pressure, to raise and level your slab. The holes are filled with concrete and troweled smooth. Most jobs can be completed in one day. For larger jobs we use slab piers. These can be used to correct large sections of concrete such as warehouse slabs. Patricia B. of Shady Valley, TN realized that her crawl space in was shambles and immediately contacted Master Dry to asses her options. Service inspector Pete Hebert presented Patricia with an accurate estimate of her sinking crawl space.
Patricia accepted the estimate and foreman Jordan Pierce led his team to the repair of her crawl space. They began by first getting rid of the water and moisture within the crawl space. They installed an EZ Flow Drainage system, which gets rid of the water inside of the crawl space. They also installed a dehumidifier to get rid of the moisture. To help prevent any future water problems, the team also installed CleanSpace Liner. In addition, they installed IceGuards, a LawnScape system, and a TripleSafe system. They then repaired her sagging floor joists that were being caused by the excess moisture and sitting water within the crawl space. They did so by adding supplemental beams and then SmartJacks to get the floors up to their original positions.
Patricia was very impressed with the work proved by Jordan and his team. She is now enjoying a safer home and a clean, dry crawl space.
Howard W. has experienced serious issues with moisture coming in through the walls of his Shady Valley, TN home. He had attempted to solve the problem on his own by adding a dehumidifier and extra insulation, but the problem just seemed to be getting worse. So, he finally gave Master Dry a call to find out what they could do for him.
Sales representative Frank Yelencich visited the home soon after receiving Howard's call to conduct an inspection and determine the best course of action for dealing with the issues that were found. Soon after the inspection, work was begun on the home by foreman Cory Blalock and his crew. They installed black plastic on the floor of the crawlspace as a vapor barrier and a SaniDry CX dehumidifier and Condensate Pump to remove moisture from the space.
On completion of the job, Howard was extremely pleased with the work and was excited to go forward knowing that his house was no longer being damaged by moisture.
