Master Services has a very professional team. Master Services's idea of how to fix the problem made much more sense that other companies' that I had inspect my basement. Jake, the inspector that was sent to my home, was very thorough in explaining the process of what could, and ultimately was done. The installation crew worked so hard yet got the job done so quickly! My grandfather used to own a construction company and he said that he would steal your workers in a heartbeat! Again, they are all nice, professional and time effective. From the very first meeting with Steve Price at my home to the installers (Michael or Martin, can't remember and Raul) everyone was top notch excellent! I was so pleased with the professionalism and information they provided. Steve answered all of our questions and gave us in depth information about everything. We watched a short video on how the system works and once the men were installing it, I knew what I was looking at when I saw their work. That made me feel better because I had an idea of what was going on and how it was put together. I was ABSOLUTELY impressed with everyone involved and would use them again and recommend them to anyone with this sort of problem.
